We are actively seeking a Well Drilling Operative for a large business in the Caribbean.

Ping International Recruitment are working with a leading main contractor in the Bahamas who are looking to add an experienced Well Drilling Operative to their team. Our client are one of the largest civils contractors in the Caribbean and have a superb order book across marine, civils, infrastructure and building works in the region
The role
Our client is looking for someone with deep well drilling 150 ft to 600ft drilling experience. Experience working with Atlas Copco T4 and T2 drill rigs would be heavily advantageous. The position would be a permanent role and would be very much hands on with operating equipment.
The Ideal candidate will have
– Experienced Well Drilling Operative
– Stable career background
– Experience with Atlas Copco T4 and T2 Drill Rigs
– Experience in deep well drilling between 150 ft – 600 ft
– Happy to live and work in the Bahamas
The salary / package
The role will be paying circa $80k USD per annum NET plus housing, transport, 2/3 flights per annum and 30 days paid vacation. The role is a single status position, but married could be considered.
