Harry is one of our founding Directors at Ping International Recruitment. He is also a Director of our wider holding company Ping Recruit Group. Harry has worked in the International construction market for around 13 years and has worked with 2 market leading businesses prior to establishing the Ping Brand; Randstad CPE and EWI Recruitment.

Harry has a specialist knowledge in all commercial, contract and claims roles and has recruited in this sector for around 8 years. He holds a degree in law and has plenty of technical understanding in the claims and contract area of construction.

He has recruited solely in the construction industry throughout his whole career and has recruited worldwide with a specific focus on Africa and Asia. He has recruited across the marine, civils, infrastructure and building sectors predominantly. Harry possesses a very professional attitude with the mantra of always delivering quality promptly to his clients and values client relationships and satisfaction as high as possible.

Harry is very well known in the International marketplace by many clients and candidates alike and he bases this down to the time he takes to understand both his clients’ and candidates’ requirements to ensure a thorough and professional service is always delivered.


Mike is someone who prides himself on quality and presentation through lessons learned over a total of 10 years in recruitment in the construction sector. He is a founding Director of Ping International Recruitment and is also a Director of our wider holding company Ping Recruit Group.

Mike has a specific knowledge and expertise within the production area of recruitment having recruited experts ranging from Plant Operators through to Project Directors on multimillion-dollar, international mega projects. This is demonstrated with his success rate of matching quality candidates to client job specifications, with an extremely low fall out rate. He prides himself on being an honest recruiter who will relay client expectations clearly in order to secure the most suitable candidate, thus ensuring mutual client and candidate satisfaction. His aim is to always listen and approach the position with his client’s requirements set in his mind.
