Senior Estimator – Turks & Caicos – High End Villas
Overview
A Senior Estimator is required in the Caribbean for a leading contractor to lead the works on a luxury high end villa project and other project relating to large commercial and residential build projects.
The Client
Ping International Recruitment are working with a main contracting business to help source an experienced Senior Estimator who is self-reliant and be able to manage large projects estimating from pre-construction to execution. Multiple exclusive villa projects in the Caribbean await. Our client is one of the largest contractors in the region and have an enviable portfolio of works. They are well known for their quality and timely delivery on projects.
The Role
The role available is a Senior Estimator position and will report to the VP of Construction. The role will require the management of a full site team whilst working with the end client and main contractor to deliver the project to the end client.
The ideal candidate will have:
– Experience as an Senior Estimator
– Hotel / Commercial Build / Luxury Villa project experience
– Luxury Resort Delivery experience
– Expert in construction of buildings and luxury residential projects
– Degree qualified
– Stable employment career
– Overseas project experience – Caribbean experience preferable
– Main contracting / finishing / fit out background
The Salary
The role is available immediately and paying a salary in the region of $13-15k USD per month NET plus housing, transport, flights etc.
