A Project Manager is required in Turks & Caicos by a large main contractor / developer to deliver luxury resort and villa project(s)
The Client
Ping International Recruitment are working with a leading main contractor who also have a development arm on island. Our client is a global brand with excellent reputation throughout the Caribbean region and afar.
The Position
The position available is a Project Manager role and will be leading the delivery of luxury resort on island with roughly around 2 years minimum. Following completion of the project, the successful candidate will be moved to a large building complex within the commercial, residential or travel sectors. The role will report into the Managing Director for the company.
The ideal candidate will have:
– 10 Years Experience in the Caribbean
– Experience on challenging building projects
– Experience building and delivering luxury Villas and Hotel / Resort projects
– Stable employment background with main contractors
– Experience as a Project Manager and leading projects from inception to handover
– Degree qualified
– Happy to work on a residential basis in Turks & Caicos.
The salary / package.
Our client is paying in the region of $120-$130k USD NET per annum as a total package. Healthcare, life insurance and other perks are available.
