International SHEQ Manager – Belfast
A International SHEQ Manager is required by a leading main contractor to be based in their regional office in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Ping International Recruitment are working with a leading main contractor with International operations to assist in the sourcing of a Global SHEQ Manager for their business. Our client are a well known brand who operate in Africa, South America and the Caribbean and due to significant expansion and new projects are looking to add a Global SHEQ lead to their team. Our client are mainly focused on civils, infrastructure and building projects.
The position available is a Global SHEQ Manager that will lead all aspects of Health and Safety and Quality on projects throughout their portfolio. The role will be leading the standards and driving the establishment of new processes and procedure for all quality and safety matters as well as audits and logs of activity. The position will be based in the Belfast based office with significant international travel to sites throughout the world. It is anticipated as much as 40% of your time would be spent travelling.
The ideal candidate
– Experience working overseas
– Happy to work in Belfast, Northern Ireland
– Stable employment background with contractors
– Degree qualified or equivalent
– Background in civil's and buildings projects
– Health and Safety and Quality expert
– Experience in establishing SHEQ systems and procedures
– Audit experience
The salary / package
