A General Manager is required by leading specialist marine contractor to lead their Antigua based business in the Caribbean.

Ping International Recruitment are working with a leading specialist marine contractor who work in the marine and dredging sector in the Caribbean region. Our client is a growing business and have an increasing order book monthly. They are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the business and control operations, projects, business development and P&L responsibilities.
The role
The position is a General Manager position located in Antigua and will be leading the business operation in the Caribbean. The role will lead the business and control operations, projects, business development and P&L responsibilities. The role will report in to the MD of the business.
The ideal candidate
– Experienced General Manager
– Experience in the marine and dredging sector
– Stable employment background
– Experience with marine and dredging contractors
– Degree qualified engineer
– Experience working overseas
– Happy to work on a single or married status on a residential basis
The package
The role is paying around $180-200k USD per annum NET plus housing, transport, flights and insurances.
