Earthworks Supervisor – Rwanda – Civils
Overview
An Earthworks Supervisor is required in Rwanda for a large civils project by a well known main contractor based in East Africa.

Ping International Recruitment are working with a leading African business who are well known throughout East Africa. They have large projects and operations throughout Rwanda, Kenya and Uganda. They partner with some of the largest businesses in the industry and work across civils, building and oil & gas sectors.
The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Earthworks Supervisor who can lead large earthworks teams to assist with the delivery and earthworks activity for a large civils and infrastructure project in Rwanda. The role will be to supervise and lead a multinational team of operators delivering a large excavation and bulk earthmoving works.
The Ideal Candidate
– Experience working in Africa
– Strong heavy earthworks experience
– Stable employment history
– Happy to work in East Africa for long periods of time on a single status
– Good references
– Strong background in civils / infrastructure projects
The Salary / Package
The role is paying a strict NET salary of up to $5k USD per month plus housing, car, 21 days leave and mobilisation and demobilisation flight. This is a strict package. Please do not apply if these do not meet your expectations as our client is unable to increase this.
