Project Manager – Bahrain – Buildings
Overview
A Project Manager is required by a local Saudi business for a new hotel development based in Bahrain as part of a large marine related and port construction project.
The Client
Ping International Recruitment are working with a large main contractor to help source an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver a challenging build project. The project is marine and port related building with high end finishes throughout.
The Role
The role will require the successful candidate to be site based to lead the delivery of the project, manage the site teams and the sub contractors on the project.
The ideal candidate will have:
– Experience working in the Middle East
– Experience as a Project Manager
– Degree qualified
– Stable employment history with main contractors
– Background in buildings projects including hotels, hospitality and residential works
– Experience with high end finishes and challenging designs
Salary / Package
The position is available immediately and paying a NET basic salary of around 10k USD per month plus housing, car, flights and insurances.
