A Commercial Manager is required by a large main contractor for a buildings and fit out project based in Guyana, South America.

Ping International Recruitment are working with a leading main contractor to source a Commercial Manager for a large building and fit out project based in Guyana. Our client are a large joint venture with some of the largest contractors in the Caribbean region and will offer a potential long term option after the project completes.
The role
The role is a Commercial Manager position requiring the incumbent to lead the commercial team on the remainder of works on the project. The project is a large multi-storey building and the end user is one of the most well known Oil & Gas businesses in the industry. There is an existing team of Quantity Surveyors on the project and this will will lead these through the remainder of the project and over to final accounts and handover.
The ideal candidate will have
– Experience as a Senior QS / Commercial Manager
– Degree qualified
– Chartered – MRICS or MCIOB
– Experience on large building and fit out works previously
– Happy to work on a single status
– Employment background with main contracting businesses
The Package
The role will be paying around $8-9k USD NET per month plus housing, transport, flights and insurances
