A Business Development Director is required by a leading international business to lead the business development of a consulting engineering company in Saudi Arabia.
Our Client
We are working with a superb International engineering consultancy business who are well known in the Middle East. They are actively looking to expand their Saudi operation and continue the development and growth of the business in a booming region. The business is well known in the construction and engineering sectors and works across civils, buildings and infrastructure sectors worldwide.
The role
The position is Business Development Director for Saudi Arabia. This role will lead the growth and development of new business and projects for the company across the country. The role will report into the Managing Director for the company and will be based in Riyadh. The key function of this role is to drive the brand, business and activity in the region and deliver new projects and eyes onto this leading consulting business.
The Ideal Candidate
– Proven track record in Business Development in Saudi Arabia for construction businesses
– Located in Saudi Arabia currently
– 5 Years plus experience working in Saudi recently
– Degree qualified
– Engineering background
– Arabic and English language skills
– Experience working with main contractors or consultants
– Able to develop and lead business development
Salary / Package
The role is paying a negotiable salary depending on candidates skills, experience and qualifications. An indicative figure would be around 60k SAR per month NET plus full benefits plus a extremely competitive bonus of between 20-50% of annual salary depending on performance and targets!
