Overview
An Associate Director of Structural Engineering is required by a leading Multi-disclipinary consultancy who focus on Architecture, Planning and Design to be based in their Kuwait Office in the Middle East.
Our Client
Ping International Recruitment are working with a leading consultancy business who are specialists in consulting works in the GCC buildings and structural market. They have over 50 years of expert design offering in the region and are one of the most recognisable brands in the industry.
The Role
This role assumes the overall vision responsibility of working with clients and stakeholders within the firm to oversee the Planning, strategising and deployment of a healthy cultural and technology driven Digital Transformation. This position also embodies role of structural leadership as an enabler of architectural design excellence and innovation. The role will report into the CEO of the business and will work with various teams and divisions within the business.
The Ideal candidate:
– Degree qualified Engineer
– Professional accrediation in Structural Engineering (PEng etc)
– Strong background in BIM
– Heavy experience in building projects within the Middle East
– Consultancy background
– 20 years experience in Structural Engineering, Design and Architecture
– Excellent English skills
– Happy to live and work in Kuwait on a residential basis
The Salary / Package
The role is paying a NET all inclusive salary of around $16k – $18k USD per month plus some fringe benefits.
